Paige really liked the Chicken & Waffle-a Nashville staple. This is a hard dish to master but Kitchen Notes knows what they’re doing. The smoked prime rib was tender and seasoned well. Another item we raved about was the Steak & Eggs Benedict. We were given the classic Buttermilk, sweet Strawberry, and savory Garlic & Butter biscuits-all were delicious and the variety is much appreciated. Now, your friendly waiter or waitress will bring you a plate of freshly made biscuits to choose from. It’s such a nice touch to the whole dining experience!
